زوعا اورغ – كركوك
زار وفد من فرع كركوك لحركتنا الديمقراطية الآشورية ترأسه الرفيق سمير أبرم عما مسؤول الفرع، مركز كركوك للاتحاد الوطني الكوردستاني، يوم الاثنين ٢٢ ايلول ٢٠٢٤، وكان في استقباله السيد روند ملا محمود مسؤول المركز.
وجاءت هذه الزيارة لبحث تطورات الأحداث الاخيرة في المحافظة، ومن ضمنها إعفاء ممثل المكون الكلداني السرياني الآشوري الوحيد في الحكومة المحلية من منصب معاون المحافظ من مجموع خمسة معاونين للمحافظ موزعين على جميع مكونات كركوك مع حرمان شعبنا من التمثيل في الحكومة المحلية.
كما شهد اللقاء مناقشة عدة مواضيع اخرى تم طرحها خلال اللقاء، وقد أكد وفد حركتنا رفضه لهذه الممارسات التي تساهم في إقصاء وعزل مكون أصلي من مكونات محافظة كركوك، وهو أمر ينافي مفاهيم الديمقراطية والشراكة السياسية والقومية وكذلك الدستور الذي يضمن حقوق جميع قوميات الشعب العراقي دون انتقاص أو تهميش.
من جانبه أبدى السيد روند ملا محمود تفهمه الكامل لمطالب وفد حركتنا، مؤكدا نقلها إلى قيادة الاتحاد لإعادة الأمور إلى نصابها الطبيعي.
كما ناقش الطرفان ملف الخدمات وتواصلها لخدمة أبناء محافظة كركوك وأهمية تنمية وتطوير البنى التحتية في المحافظة ورفع المستوى المعيشي للمواطنين.
كما أكد الجانبان على أهمية تواصل وتطوير العلاقات الثنائية بين الطرفين بما يصب في الصالح العام.

On Monday, September 22, 2024, a delegation from the Kirkuk branch of the Assyrian Democratic Movement, led by Comrade Samir Aprim Amma, the branch official, visited the Kirkuk Center for the National Kurdistan Union. They were welcomed by Mr. Rund Mullah Mahmoud, the center’s official.
This visit aimed to examine recent developments in the governorate, particularly the dismissal of the sole representative of the Assyrian Chaldean Syrian constituency from the Deputy Governor position. This decision removed one of the five Deputy Governors in Kirkuk, leaving our community without representation in the local government.
The meeting also covered various other topics, during which our movement’s delegation reaffirmed its rejection of practices that contribute to the marginalization and isolation of a fundamental community in the Kirkuk Governorate. Such actions contradict the principles of democracy, political and national partnership, as well as the constitution, which guarantees the rights of all Iraqi nationalities without exclusion or marginalization.
Mr. Rund Mullah Mahmoud expressed his complete understanding of the delegation’s demands and assured that he would communicate this to the union’s leadership to restore normalcy.
The parties discussed the range of services and their delivery to benefit the people of Kirkuk Governorate, emphasizing the significance of development and infrastructure improvements to enhance citizens’ living standards. Both sides also highlighted the importance of fostering communication and strengthening bilateral relations for the public good.
